The room was cosy and big, offered iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. Location: the hotel was just off transport, and the city centre.

The loft we stayed in was equipped with a private bathroom, electric kettle, fridge, and glassware, making our stay comfortable. the location was magnificent, conveniently close to everything we needed and just a short distance from Southover Grange Gardens. it provided easy access to transport and essential travel amenities.

Our stay during Christmas was great! We loved the spacious and clean room with cozy and comfortable beds. The best parts were the friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient location. We were able to easily access public transportation and explore the city. Plus, there was plenty of free parking right outside the hotel which was a huge advantage and saved us some money.

There were a few things we didn't like. The room didn't have the advertised amenities such as a minibar and free toiletries, but we were able to manage without them.
